Has anyone else been a victim of this?

I had some small amount in eth, I transformed to fiat in an effort to withdraw, I went to the withdraw fiat page as regular, chosen the foreign money and the tactic, now this is the place it received somewhat bizarre, it asked me to input the passkey to verify, which I did, however I hadn't even chosen the amount yet.

Subsequent thing I know I see a BTC withdrawal being processed ( I had some BTC) and my fiat was already gone, I entered the chat asking to cancel the withdrawal, but ofc the bot was utterly useless telling me they will't cancel as soon as it's complete, I double checked and it was nonetheless being processed, so I stated once more to cancel they usually requested more information, however by the point I despatched it was already completed.

Now all my binance cash, including my fiat was someway transfered to this pockets that only has BTC (the whole amount I had on binance) and it's a single transaction.
