im losing my mind over this

a pal despatched me $38 in USDT over TRON20 and that i cant withdraw it in any approach. its in my pockets and it doesn't matter what i do or attempt to move it anyplace it all the time says i want a minimum of 1 TRON in my pockets. they usually wont show me which wallet needs the 1 TRON. also i cant purchase or ask my good friend for the 1 TRON because it needs a minimum of 30 TRON… please somebody assist this app cannot be this stupid.. please assist
