NC Wallet BTC withdrawal stuck 24+ hours – no TxID

I'm experiencing a serious problem with NC Wallet.

I initiated a BTC withdrawal over 24 hours ago, but it's still stuck on "Pending," and the TxID isn't showing up at all.

This means the transaction hasn't been sent to the Bitcoin network yet.

There's no TxID.

I haven't received a reply from support.

I haven't received any emails either.

The funds remain locked in my wallet.

I've already tried the following:

I'm Japanese and my English isn't perfect. I've found a post from someone else with a similar problem, so I'm quoting their post.

According to their post, they were able to successfully withdraw their funds after about a month. They also commented that it might have been because they posted about the problem. Therefore, could you please help spread this post so it gets noticed? If I successfully withdraw my funds, I will report it here as well. The reason I want to resolve this issue as quickly as possible is because I need these funds for my 15-year-old child's medical expenses. I know I was very ignorant and foolish. I will definitely change my behavior in the future. However, I desperately need the funds right now. I would be grateful for any cooperation.

This wallet contains $3,500, and I also have $3,500 worth of Bitcoin deposited in a product from the same company, which I also can't access. In total, I haven't been able to recover over $7,000.

I hope this post catches the eye of the company in question and that they understand that someone's life is at stake. And if they have any conscience, please resolve this. Or, if anyone who sees this knows how to make money, please let me know. I am at a crossroads in my life.
